Hello Guys, Here is good news, NEET 2021 Notification is out. National Testing Agency (NTA) has released NEET 2021 Application form at ntaneet.nic.in. The direct link will be activated soon. The NEET 2021 registration process has been started on 2nd December 2020. The last date of NEET 2021 is 31st December 2020.
NTA NEET UG 2021 for 75000 MBBS seats will schedule to be held in 3rd May 2021.
Documents Required for NEET 2021 Application form
In this article, we will provide all the necessary documents list for NTA NEET 2021 Application form.
- Identity proofs (aadhaar card, election card, ration card number, bank account number, passport number or any other identity card issued by the government.)
- Class 10 / SSC / SSLC / matriculation certificate or mark sheet, and class 12 / HSC / higher secondary certificate or mark sheet.
- physical disability Certificate.
- photograph and signature.
Note – No thumb impression is required for NEET 2021. NTA had discontinued this option last year.
As per media websites, NTA will ask for live photos for NEET 2021. The Live photo will be captured at the time of NTA NEET 2021 registration.
The NEET 2021 application form has been released today (2nd December 2019). The clarification of the live photo will be clear when NTA will publish the official notification at ntaneet.nic.in.
NEET 2021 application form submission will be online only. Those candidates who want to become a doctor and also want to apply for NEET 2021, should read NEET 2021 information brochure completely before applying.
The online NEET 2021 Exam will be hosted at the various examination center on 3rd May 2021.
